My brother does not have any interest in the property any longer so we will be buying out his interest (we're working on the details with him).

I was thinking I'd buy an acre of land that has city electricy and water available, and pay that off so that it can be used for collateral one house at a time.

Hey @Marc Shin, you could go either way but a single feed would be fine.When folks select the network they just choose not to share on a public network.I might look at the TP-Link mesh units.
