So, I ended up leaving the original two switch fan / light in place (after I paid the electrician to install a three switch leg).

Hi @Matt BrowningNo repairs were needed at the time of purchase, but some items were very outdated (house built in 1996 - contemporary southwest style - think brass everything and faded pinks, off white ceramics, and oranges).

Most of us are capable of lifting a leg to step out of a tub.

Tile/LVP/laminate with that orange separation level?

When looking in Orange beach or Myrtle I see many 2 beds have double queens per room to sleep more.
