very true, with inflation through the roof and interest rates going higher it will wipe out the lower class.. which I know at some point they would need to lower rates not counting the resection we are already in "just not announced yet".. but correct it's a gamble

Like previous comment, it is quite difficult to convince the local elected officials to get on board.

I'm not a landlord (yet), but I can give you a veteran's perspective.I recall the requirement being 30-days notice with official orders.

At some point, elected officials will have to stare this down and begin making hard choices.

Look up CFPB Notice of Error and/or Qualified Written Request and follow the instructions -- it's usually a different address at the loan servicer than your normal complaint so make sure you send it to the correct address for these official notices.
