Shaun Reilly Keyword Email Alerts

Is there anyway to turn off when you guys "help" out by changing the frequency of how often I get keyword alerts if I don't happen to click on them for awhile since I can see from the headline that it doesn't interest me or god forbid I'm working and just skip it for a day here or there. It resets to weekly so then I get this thing with hundreds of threads and I don't look at anything.Additional peeve is that when I get something saying this is happening if I didn't have to go and try to reset it multiple times before it actually works it wouldn't be so damn annoying.
