Usually this is followed by something very generic like "If you have any quick tips for me, send them along" or "Geez, things are expensive here; is it possible to flip houses here"  or something else that they could quickly glean from the BP site if they just searched a little more.

There are generic lease forms available online but I would stay away from them as the local/state ones have wording that addresses specific laws in your area and the local courts are familiar with them should you ever have any legal issues.
