Or if the platform let you break up a $1k note into $25 chunks for bulk resale, I might have a different opinion there too.

I've been researching the past couple weeks on the recent advancements in RE crowdfunding platforms regulated through the SEC.

@jesse did you put it on lot's of platforms and did some advertising for it?

Everyone I work with in NY go outside of that (and I don't share those markets publicly anymore since investors have a bad habit of attacking them as soon as I do now that I have a platform).

You would need to buy a single one and get very lucky - at that point it's more like gambling.

I know quite a few people in Tech and they are all concerned with how funding is slowing down and quiet layoffs.In the past, it was really easy to raise money for startups because there were so many new millionaires willing to financially gamble on ideas.

I have invested in over 40 RE debt deals on various crowdfunding platforms.  

I am using BiggerPockets as a networking platform as well as a learning tool.
