Hello everyone! My name is Anthony Seale and I have lived in Knoxville most of my life. I have been interested in Real Estate for a while and I am ready to get started! I am using BiggerPockets as a networking platform as well as a learning tool. My plan starting out is to flip homes while working a full time job. I feel confident I can find a $40-60k home in North Knoxville that needs $15-25k of work. I have some cash on hand but I will need to borrow with a conventional loan to get started. I am in the process of getting my Real Estate license so I am hopeful that will provide several benefits to me. I have also attended the Knoxville REI, which is a great event that provides real information put on by Victor Jernigan. My goal is to quit my job after I have done a couple of flips and work full time on Real Estate doing Flips and Rentals. If anyone on BiggerPockets has any words of wisdom or advise I would love to hear it! Especially pertaining to starting out in the business, finding your first deal, and doing Real Estate while working a full time job. Thank you!
