Hi @Thibe Luong,As a Realtor myself, I may seem biased, but I'd use an agent if I were trying to sell my first property and didn't have intimate market knowledge or marketing expertise.

I have gained a significant amount of knowledge and resources within a short amount of time.

Since my deepest knowledge is around stocks/public marketing investing, that's all that I've done in my personal investing.

I do not know if this was done by the property manager without the owner's knowledge. 

SDIRAs work well for real estate investors because they usually already have inherit skills and knowledge and this allows them to tap into their retirement funds and do what they do in a tax free/deferred account.

There are so many of you on here who don’t mind pouring their knowledge and wisdom into the new generation of investors.
