Oops I posted the wrong thing but no worries, My true question is I'm looking to buy some multi-unit properties, and I don't have enough down payment yet.But I'm willing to work with other investors and build a team of other investors.Or should I borrow the money from a hard money lender for the down payment?

hi , I'm looking for multi partners for investing and growing our business, through real estate investing.if you think you don't have enough money down for some of the deals out there , then partner up with 2 , 3 or even 4 investors and grow the business with the help of others to split the risk and help is better than not even starting at all.what are your thoughts on this people, I'm looking to do some deals with people looking to start out or if you're an experienced investor as well. lets talk.
