Unless you are a wholesaler trying to make yourself look like a bigger company it doesn't do a whole lot.We want to create a mission statement so that once we are established we can have it on our website/social media so if someone hears about us through our marketing and goes to look us up online there is something that gives them an idea of what we are about. 

Hi David, We are definitely planning to purchase more in Rochester.

We are from SoCal and have put together a small group of local investors to build a portfolio of properties.

We are still positive on cash flow, about $400 a month combined. 

Selling now and then re-investing the profit is a tough decision to make because obviously we are going to end up buying high too.

Now my offer has not been accepted, but if this were you and since now we are dealing with after the fact what would you do?

@Robert McClure  I hold a meet up in Mesa every month to help investors connect with each other and for us to share with new investors how we are investing around the valley.

Normal wear and tear cannot be deducted. 

We are looking into PA, more specifically the Lehigh Valley area. 

Due to the size of the company I worry that they will be unnecessarily expensive because we are just starting out.
