That will tell me, there's a deterrent to mine.In terms of leads I got 65 leads, 9 showings and 1 application for that unit which it was denied because of credit and income.

Buy only properties that cashflow, to include enough income that you can set aside reserves to cover vacancies, maintenance, professional property management, etc.If a Tenant claims mold, you need to know enough about mold and how to confirm/deny the claim.

It will be more difficult going through traditional financing where you need to provide all details related to the business you will be operating and still potentially being denied.
