The good ones are well attended and you can meet buyers, wholesalers, flippers, hard money lenders etc, and they are also a good source for info.I also like local meetups - It's all about networking - that's really the most important aspect of real estate investing.DM me if you'd like more specifics - too much to put in a post!

There is no get rich quick aspect of real estate. 

I currently work as an investment consultant for institutions such as healthcare organizations, endowments & foundations, defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans, etc. 

@Bob Drew My early termination as defined in my lease says they loose their deposit.
