Columbus multifamily water utility

Hi everyone, I'm looking at buying a property in Columbus ,ohio. The property has owner paid water utility. This is a C class property. Each unit 1 bed 1 bath. In your experience how much water does a 1bed 1bath multifamily unit use? What water bills are you seeing? This would make or break this deal since water utility could be reasonable or too much of a risk. Thank you, Cyprian

Around $35 per month if the landlord is paying, and around $20 per month if the tenant is paying.
