Hello i had a question about having a real estate license. so I have been searching for answers and I get many different ones, I have asked a few different people asking If I really do need a real estate license to start wholesale or if it is just a need if I want to be an agent.

I tried it in three different markets and never got anything from them.

However the key difference is leverage, so if you buy 50k worth of stocks, and it goes up by 10%, you have made a 10% profit, or 5k.However, if you had taken that 50k and used it to put a 5% down payment on a 1m duplex, or quad where you plan on living in one of the units, and that 1m property goes up in value by 4%, then you have made 40k in equity, which is an 80% returns on your initial 50k investment.

I just watched a Seeing Green episode where David spoke about his loan company offering loans with the price of the land you're going to be building on as collateral.

There are lots of different kinds of visas so some might work, some might not, but I've had pretty good luck with her getting it done. 

Basically they are a type of insurance and insurance companies make HUGE profits because they pay out MUCH LESS than they take in meaning that over the long term you will lose money with them.

Anyone know quality, custom cabinet companies in the area for a good price?

From there every 20 point increment affect pricing differently.
