What kind of software is used to manage tenants? What do you like or dislike?

My name is Caden, and I’m the founder of a company building an AI tool to help with tenant management. We’re looking for feedback and ideas from landlords like you to make sure we’re building something valuable.

Right now, our software handles calls and texts from tenants using AI. When a tenant has an issue, they can call or text, and everything is automated. The landlord gets a confirmation message, and if the issue is confirmed, a message is sent to the repair technician. Landlords and tenants can also text the AI for updates on issues.

Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions would be very helpful that is what I am looking for today. We want to build something landlords would actually use and find valuable.
