Aside from the tenant looking up the property owner themselves, or showing them the deed, you could show some kind of official banking - i.e. a bank statement - with your business name, etc, just blacking out the information you don't want them to have.

Not only do you have to deal with the rehab, you may have to deal with all kinds of government issues from permitting to zoning.

When I was younger I was always a bright lights/big city kind of guy.
