it's the safest way to be Safe act compliant, delegate through a local bank.I'd be interested in any more comments by folks on how to be safe act compliant when doing contract for deed, owner financing and even lease option where the option period is longer than 5 years are covered by the Safe act. 99% of most investors just don't realize the size of the Safe act foot print!

Yes, I realize that charging $25 for educational material is outrageous, but considering I'm spending over $13 of that on printing and shipping, I'm not the rich, successful guru I pretend to be... :-) But that's okay, unlike these gurus, I really do make most of my real estate income from doing deals, so I don't need to charge $300 to answer questions...
