I personally don't use the app and just open BP using my web browser on my phone or Tablet...from what I've seen BP's website is very mobile responsive...Besides having an icon on your home screen & receiving notifications what benefit does the BP app have that can't be accessed from the web version?

You see, in exchange for access to appreciation and tax benefits, which are only available through a partnership structure, the partner exposes themselves to potential loss and liability.

Cash flow is king and as long as this process doesn’t kill your cash flow I completely get it, as it allows you access to cash that you can use to purchase more cash flowing properties.
