Any win/win thoughts (or other arrangements) on a sale-leaseback?

Business Administration     Champions School of Real Estate – Real Estate Salesperson CertificationI'm looking for a chance to add value to an investment team and learn how it's done from a professional.Please let me know if you, or anyone you know, would be open to this type of arrangement.

Our concern is we are not sure if this kind of arrangement is possible and around much would this house would be rented in general.

Or is this just a custom arrangement every time with lenders?

My husband is a contractor and we fixed it up, re-arranged and put in a functional kitchen and bathroom.

Basically, the LLC is a management company who should be leasing out the property for your (you'll need an arrangement/contract between yourself and the LLC).

if so, check local law to make sure this is a legal arrangement within the zoning district.
