Interesting situation… We have a $300,000+ house in LeRoy, IL. (5 beds + 4.5 half baths roughly 3,700 sq ft). 

We know the market is hot right now and have a great opportunity to sell. Before we look at moving out of state, we need to rent a place to live for the next 10-24 months. Any win/win thoughts (or other arrangements) on a sale-leaseback? Open to discuss!
