It may need to happen at some point, but you are dealing with a situation where someone lost a mother and someone else lost a grandmother.

But the condos were built for resale initially, so the entry level line did look cheap, lots of black plastic still visible, most basic features, tiny fridge which looked lost in the large 33" opening, and a dishwasher that kept you up at night with the noise.

I agree if confidence is lost in the US or the US Dollar things will deteriorate quickly but I do not see a catalyst for such an event to take place.

A good trader should have made a huge return during this period of time.But there are also many armature traders who have lost most of their money in the same period of time.

I lost so much money and ended up hurting my business by trying to be everything to everyone.

Eventually lost all $ carrying both mortgages & did chap7 fall, 2010 (unsecured debts only).

Lost 7 roofs in one storm last year... 50 cent and larger hail, windows shattered...
