The Fed cited its dual mandate of achieving maximum employment and price stabilization as supporting its decision to raise rates, but stated that actual decisions to raise the federal funds rate are based on close readings and information about global and domestic economic developments; future decisions could be impacted by emerging economic factors.

What I mean by that is before I do anything, I set aside what I need to achieve my savings goal first.

In a business with cash flow of only a couple of hundred dollars a month every day, every delay, every mistake costs years of cash flow.Bottom line my honest opinion is if you have no investing or property management first hand experience investing away is a crap shoot.

It also seems like it's so very important to get a GREAT deal on buying a property to have the opportunity to achieve the cash flow.

I hope to achieve a deeper understanding on how people are deciding to buy in order to better serve those I work with.

The best defense to slander and libel is truth so be sure if you feel the need to do this to be factual and not embellish but honestly I don't know what you would be achieving with this.

It's harder to achieve the full payback these days so be diligent with your numbers.
