How much do people want to pay for their next investment property

Hi everyone! I'm curious as to what people's thoughts are as to what they want to pay for their next investment property. Do most look for properties under 200k? 200-300k? I know there is a lot of factors which play into these decisions, but in general what would be a good price point for you? I hope to achieve a deeper understanding on how people are deciding to buy in order to better serve those I work with. Thanks in advance!
