Then you will have cut edges to conceal - toe kick of some sort below the cabinets, baseboards on walls.

We just framed it all out, insulated, 2 windows, dry wall and it adds 300 sqft of living space.

What should I put around the walls?

Half of something is better than nothing, especially in highly competitive markets.We see a million newbies post walls of texts about their dreams and aspirations and disappear/quit because they lack grit and this is merely a fad for them.

Right now I should be ripping out moldy walls in our BRRRR 4-plex, but my son made the Little League All Stars Team so it will have to wait.

Talking about concrete in the pipe lines, ripped out electrical, holes in the roofs, destroyed foundation, destroyed walls, flooding the house with water, ripping out and selling all the cabinets, and selling the appliances.

@Steve Vaughan  its why many morph into new construction and get out of major rehab jobs... we know we can build a house from ground up in 5 to 7 months usually sell at dry wall close with COC and be in and out in 9 to 10 months.. with budgets we can pretty much stick to.. 

As I understand the material on Bigger Pockets, you charge rent, save half for reserves/repairs, then use the other half to pay the mortgage, and what's left over from that second half is your cash flow.  

If your plumber is behind schedule, that means your drywall guy can't close up the walls, the painter can't paint them and the finish carpenter can't put up the crown moldings.That one delay can push your project back for weeks.  

These were intended to be wall tiles and are thicker than regular floor tiles.
