Hi all,I recently purchased a duplex with both units occupied close to the university campus and have been planning on moving into one of the units. 

There are large universities in those towns (A&M, University of North Texas, & A&M Commerce respectively). 

I currently attend Frostburg State University and I am looking to invest in Hagerstown upon graduating Spring 2015.

Sounds pretty exciting, I know, but I'm looking to break out of the 9-5 and make a career in real estate.I graduated from Purdue University in 2009 with a degree in Aviation, but I now work for a pharmaceutical distributor.  

I like your idea of student housing--Ames, IA (Iowa State University)  is close by.

As such, I took many jaunts away from it, went to great universities to learn great things and wear a tie to work.
