Newbie from Chicagoland!

Hi All!

My name is Dan and I'm excited to introduce myself to the community!  I'm currently working the 9-5 grind in a cubicle under florescent lights.  Sounds pretty exciting, I know, but I'm looking to break out of the 9-5 and make a career in real estate.

I graduated from Purdue University in 2009 with a degree in Aviation, but I now work for a pharmaceutical distributor.   My interest in flying should prove that I'm not interested in working from a cube for the rest of my career.  I enjoy meeting new people and going new places.   I think real estate is a great fit for my interests and personality.

I'm currently taking a Real Estate Broker course, and I'm reading a number of other books on investing in real estate.

Can't wait to learn more, and I look forward to working with some of you in the future!
