I use Lowes for my countertops and I use Menards for my interior/exterior doors, smoke/CO alarms.

How can you get rid of tenants that have lied to you before, but now their are destroying the rental by no taking care of the lawn, interior and exterior of the rental?

You don't need interior photos to list a property, go with what you have and update the listing as you get new photo's, I'd get listed as soon as you know you will have access to permit your agent to show it. 

Have an interior paint job at a building we just purchased. 

We then had to install an interior french drain by breaking out the concrete, damaging the new drywall, and putting the drain system in...yay!

Interior concrete or CBS wall.  

Safety (Wiring, dedicated circuits, interior asbestos/lead paint removal if found) This requires some major renovation to get electric/plumbing up to 3rd floor.  

But, I am not able to see the interiors on them so maybe it is just that the rehab we did was that much more attractive.
