Hi all

New guy here. we just purchased this investment property, seller leased back 15 days after closing. When seller moved out, we noticed the range was missing, we are asking $500 to be deducted from lease back deposit for replacement cost. Seller wanted to return the range back, we refused due to liability issue. I want to know if our action is legit. Any comments are welcomed. Thanks.
