I could probably work around the fees but the upfront $2500.00 immediately tripped my trigger that I needed to research this company more.I am still on the hunt for private lenders or a local lender with less negative feedback and hopefully without the 2 bpo requirement. 

This trip need to pick up about 30 coconut seedlings to plant.  

You should certainly take a trip down to LADBS office and ask for the owner builder permit app and forms.

Cause iknow theres like the crown trip thats cut out and then theres the pre made crown mold trim thats like plastic.

I would suggest making a trip and spend a couple days exploring the area, I think you would be very pleased with what you find, I still miss it.

As @Andrew Varney mentioned there is a Sarasota REIA that meets Wednesdays @ noon and a Bradenton REIA that meets Tuesdays @ noon at the Bradenton Yacht Club in Palmetto. 

So I now know what’s it’s like to work your *** off taking constant trips to lows & dump & scheduling & cutting tens of thousands of cost on everything & then be taxed by a family member at 100%!

Or literally a complaint about a shoe in our driveway (not our shoe.))HOA’s tend to attract people on personal power trips and maybe your neighbor is acting the same?

I like the area, I went on a recon trip last year and didn’t find anyone I really trusted to handle property management, but I’m sure they are there.

Its so sad that most tenants bug an owner to change a light bulb, put a closet door back on it's slider, or don't want to go the breaker box and push back the breaker that tripped!
