The piece de resistance was the 10 years worth of whiskers piled into one of the two sinks in the master bathroom.

That is what we have accomplished so far.However, the challenge is that we feel somewhat "limited" or stuck in this cold weather market.

Put break resistant stuff in the house, easy to clean traps, and I'd make sure to do regular visits to watch the cleanliness factor.

You will just need to keep checking the weather forecast and decide if you will be working on the interior or exterior of the house based on the forecast.

This country checks all the boxes for us, except for the weather!

We have a well-diversified economy, weather and proximity that attracts business creation and 300+ people moving here every day.

And if you think this doesn't happen often, think again.Personally, I think your cash flow is too small to weather the financial ups and downs of an HOA.

I put a weather strip on my door the other day it just doesn't look right or feel right. 

We're looking for another vacation home in warmer weather.
