Hey guys, I am new to real-estate investing. On my first flip I am looking at is in the Seattle area. Anyone that live or flip in the Pacific NW, this time of the year were rains a LOT.

Does your project hold you back for exterior work?

Ex. Roof, siding and paint..

Hello, I am not familiar with the Pacific Northwest winters however I do paint outside every fall during the Colorado monsoon seasons. We use Sherwin Wiliams Resilience because it can be applied shortly after and before any rain, and can be applied down to 35°. I would just check in with any local painting contractor or paint supply company to find out what exterior painting is like in that area during winter months.
