There'll be a transition period just like there always is.

Hey Everyone - I'd like to start a discussion, hear your experiences and generate ideas about the best way to transition from the corporate world to RE entrepreneur:What was your max work potential for investing/developing/flipping while also working your FT job?

What I bring to the table is a very strong background in sales which I firmly believe can be transitioned into finding off market deals with little to no competition.

Parts of Kensington are great investments as they are in the transition line between some very attractive neighborhoods such as Fishtown.

Could anyone give a few pros and cons of transitioning from being an independent realtor to an independent broker?

Fortunately we live in NYC, which has good public transit.

I do want to emphasize that investors that are still managed by MACK have options and I would like to help navigate the transition out and make it as painless as possible by providing real time info.

Will that assist me with REO's as I am willing to transition into those as well as private owners.

Okay, thanks for vouching for us:-)  Profits haven't been too bad, or at least we're still in the game:-)  It's been a little painful transitioning into a full-time 3-person work crew, but the kinks are getting worked out, and I think we're ready to roll!!!  

This is very much a possibility due to my wife who not only can provide benefits but a stable paycheck as we transition to a single income family.
