Okay all.  In this crazy Indiana market with bidding wars, multiple offers, and low margins, my problem is not finding good deals.  I have 3 houses and 3 duplexes under contract that I need to close. Weren't the funds supposed to find me if found a good deal?? Or maybe I am not looking in the right place yet:-(

Any suggestions?
