The struggle makes the butterfly capable of flying PLUS I don't want anyone to suffer because of my lack of experience if I generate more traffic than I can handle starting out.I want this so bad.

Personally, we lived on a main drag to a neighborhood and quickly got sick of the high traffic, fast traffic, and the safety for our 2 kids.

Per my PMs, there are plenty of traffic but no qualified applicants.  

They get a lot of business traffic so year round it stays booked.

Looking in a high traffic area like these allowed me to fill the units within a week of both.

Not sure if we'll get the traffic we need though as FSBO, but I suppose its worth a shot.

If you can acquire a strip center for example with a strong anchored tenant in a high traffic area you can produce some very favorable returns.
