We are always analyzing the market of on-market properties in the Tahoe Reno, NV area for our clients.

If any investors, realtors, wholesalers in the Columbus area has been thinking to themselves, "I have a lot of little tasks like touring properties, checking on contractors, following up with potential clients but I can't find the time to do these things".

For my clients, I give them sale values as-is, after renovation, and expected rents if they decide to keep after renovation.

Other than a post or two on social media I haven't done anything else for lead generation and to build a client base.

For a SFH there typically needs to at least be some sort of equity and if not, then the debt to income needs to be strong.

My clients are doing well and looking to differentiate to hit hyper growth mode.
