Only thing I can think to add would be to emphasize that it is important not to push people too hard, especially when you are brand new, which is probably obvious to them.

Actually, there's probably more testing done on the H1N1 vaccine than in most vaccines (though I don't know this for certain).So, to say that this vaccine has "little testing" actually incorrect...or at most only as correct as saying that the flu vaccine in general has had little testing in the past 70 years.By the way, there was a swine flu vaccine that was commonly given in the 1970s (during the last major outbreak), so even that isn't brand new.

Everything with Kenmore or Craftsman stamped on it comes from another maker, to Sears specifications which are just slightly different than the original manufacturers brand.
