I've searched but did not locate any spreadsheets that you all may have shared for revenue and expenses.

I did a lot of searching & the guys I like best were Ed from On The Level home inspections & Todd from Rock Solid.

I am still very ignorant when it comes to most things real estate, But I have a pretty good idea of what I'm looking for what my plans are and how i'll accomplish them, But I am looking for a bit of Unbiased advice, I can not find anyone around me that is looking out for my best interests in fact everyone I know is only out for themselves, SO, I have come here in search of guidance!..

Do I run a Title search on every property I am interested in?

Would you recommend if I did that at least activating my license so I could search for deals and buy / sell properties without paying a commission?
