What are the best places to look for these? Other than here on Bigger Pockets. Right now, I am going bank by bank on their website. This cannot be the most efficient way, right? Is it worth it to pay for a site like RealtyTrac? What are the ones worth paying for?

    @Sara Peak

    Foreclosed properties are always listed on the local MLS. Bank policy.

    Same with HUD and Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

    You can also search for HUD and Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac on their websites.
