they jack up fees or change whether you can rent. i was looking at condo til saw couldn't rent it out plus parking no good on this one.  

I tried to look up something like this on google, but I wasn't very successful. 2) The mobile home park is not connected to city utilities, so it has well water and a septic system.

The cameras are outside in my driveway and my front door, I checked first and I can put cameras in “common” areas to protect my property, but I don’t have cameras in her front door, my cameras recording my driveway and her guest parks his car there too every day...
