We are of the mind (70%) to just pay the taxes and have $$ in the bank to help our kids or travel, etc. and avoid worrying about a dysfunctional HOA or a non-functioning toilet.

Account ClosedWho you're referring to are those DST Sponsors that are already organized with commercial holdings in the $10M and up range - not the ones that are formed by individual investors with their own holdings.
