I work in Celsius, so had to google what 68F was (20C)...to me that is a reasonable inside temp for summer time (and winter).Based on your last post, you said the tech just came out and the tenant simply wanted it cleaned and checked???

I made it clear to Bernie after his underwriting team approved me based solely on my credit score (which is greater than 730) that I had two mortgages and he made it clear to me that his "professional" underwriters shouldn't have an issue.
