I have had an interest in real estate investing for the last few years and have even had a BP account with which I have done nothing more than read articles and posts from others.As my interest and ambition continues to grow, I decided it was time to finally dive further into the site and create connections that could potentially benefit myself and others in the future.

Taxes on interest are an animal of their own.My attorney drafted my Op Agreement for my LLC (cookie-cutter style) and my Articles for my S-corp (for mgt, wholesales, royalties, consulting) for less than $1000.

Just my opinion, I've avoided numerous legal evictions and have been through the process after a judgment a few times. 9 out of 10 times you'll never see a penny.Again, my experience is to avoid eviction and the 2nd scenario sounds like opportunity to do just that.

Say you have a triplex and one unit is vacant- you still get the income from the other 2 tenants.Good article on 2-4 unit investing:https://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2013/04/0...Also I recommend listening to the BiggerPockets podcasts and reading the'Book on Investing In Rental Properties.'2-4 unit multifamilies are nothing to be intimidated by.

Yates' BP articles.Dave's article references the title company and title insurance, and Milton's article explains title transferring hands in the first paragraph as one of the steps in Sub To purchasing.What am I missing here?
