I'll admit I am pretty nervous without the safety net of a second income, but I just need to get over that.  

I'm so nervous and I can't pin point why.

However, I am a bit nervous about making offers at lower prices.

Sometimes folks just jump in without thoroughly investigating the area, other folks tend to be too nervous and never end up taking any action.1) I don't think that there being that many houses in 1 area is a bad thing.

Those usually are the situations where underwriters get nervous about payments from sellers to buyers.The concern is that the payments are being done to inflate the selling price.
