Nevertheless, I'm in this for the long haul, and I'm inspired by the benefits that real estate investing can have for all concerned.I'm currently based in New York City, but am also becoming interested in the Miami market, and in possibly relocating there sometime in the future, if things work out favorably for it.

So sorry to hear you're dealing with health complications, but it sounds like you are not letting that stop you from growing and learning, which is very inspiring!

You can absolutely build a side business renting properties while teaching to supplement your income and eventually replace it if that’s what you want to do.There is a lot of information out there to help you build your business, but I think one of the most important aspects is to build a community around yourself of people that will encourage and inspire you.
