Hi Everyone -

My name is Nick, and this is just to say hello, and introduce myself. I've been reading this great forum for a while now, and finally got around to joining in.

I'm basically a novice investor, hoping to get involved in owning multi-family properties for buy-and-hold cash flow... presumably starting small, and building up over time. At this point I'm working with issues of how to find properties, and how to put deals together with creative financing. I've been studying the matter for some time, but have been moving slowly with it, due to other work and various challenges of life! Nevertheless, I'm in this for the long haul, and I'm inspired by the benefits that real estate investing can have for all concerned.

I'm currently based in New York City, but am also becoming interested in the Miami market, and in possibly relocating there sometime in the future, if things work out favorably for it. I've spent a bit of time there, and have siblings who have done some RE investing in the area. I know there are many people in this forum who are familiar with Miami and/or New York, and I'd love to get to know you for any type of productive networking, communication, and sharing of ideas. That's my focus at the moment, but I'm always open to expanding the range of possibilities.

I've been very impressed by the quality of BP, its members and its resources, and I know it will be highly rewarding to participate more directly. I look forward to learning from all of you, and hopefully to being able to contribute something worthwhile to the discussion. Feel free to contact me by PM or e-mail or "colleague" status or whatever! Thanks and all the best,

~Nick
