I know I can learn the "theory" for free on the internet, but the one-on-one coaching with an actual human when I'm running into real issues along the way is what I'm after.I'm noticing a lot of these "mentorship" businesses pop up (many led by Youtube gurus), and am concerned about signing up for something that focuses more on marketing/ new student acquisition/ standardized teaching than actually providing the specific, one-on-one coaching I'm after. 

I have been in Human Resources in the Banking industry for 13 years.

I’m trying to take these 2 years to learn as much as humanly possible, so this is definitely on my to do list!  

It seems that the cost of living is so low and the general population has grown accustomed to having low expectations such that survival on government benefits suits many otherwise able-bodied residents.

Not a fault, just human nature.

But we try and mix 'being human and compassionate' with 'not getting screwed' when dealing with tenants that are experiencing one off 'adverse life situations'.  

What should the body of the letter must contain?

It is not a measure of whether or not humans can find shelter.

Then mentioning that it is not about money, and sprinkling “fair and humane” into the mix….

Human nature and experience tells us the people will take advantage of the more productive.
