I won't share too much of my personal story.The first book I read that changed my perspective was, "Rich DAD POOR DAD",mostly because up until that point I had never considered the concepts presented in the book.

I have so many questions.Any recommendations on certain books I should read?

@Joshua McFarlin  there is a good book called: Park Place: How to Cash In on the Mobile Home Park Niche By Tony Ferris.I hear it is very good. start there.

Remember the bank or mortgage company will have a mininmum that they will take, but they need the property off of their books also.
