@Jin Zhang Assuming that your loan depends on appraisal (most are, except for cash purchases or very large down payments), you need to execute an extension to push the date out a couple of weeks.Here in Maine, and I understand elsewhere, appraisers are running VERY slowly.

typically the utility provider considers this your obligation...so, the electrician calls the provider, the provider handles electric between the pole/source and the property, and the electrician installs the meters and panels.It's not quite as simple with electric...the work will be extensive and costly.

My best guess is that the non-renewal notice (to the guy) will do the job, and you can just sign a new lease (or lease extension with 1 tenant removed) with the girl.
