Hello BP Community,

Just seeing if anyone is aware of a company that does Ratio Utility Billing Systems (RUBS) or Submetering for small multifamily units in Florida. Also, is it even possible to do submeterting or RUBS on a Fourplex or less? Is it legal in the state of Florida? If it is, can you guys PLEASE provide the information to a company. Thank you for the help!

We've used these guys in the past, but they may not be taking on small MF now: https://www.guardianwp.com/

I would suggest doing a general search...this is likely a location-specific service in your city.

Is it just water that is a master meter? gas and electric are sub-meter?
