Get an introduction!

Learn various local markets so I can conquer them (in a good way of course).I don't want any bounds; however, this is suppose to be an introduction so I'm going to close and thank anyone for reading this complete post.

I am also a foreign investor and those questions resonate with my needs, in addition to my need for funding avenues.I hope responses are comprehensive and touch on different aspects.

I know my introduction post was to stay clear of asking this, but is there a formal way to do it through BiggerPockets?

That’s an introduction to me and where I am in my real estate investing journey.

As for the Than Merrill's free class, i attended the last year free class here i daytona myself, but that free class is just an introduction and then, you have to paid to attend the real big class in orlando, and i must say that the big class in orlando is good and informative three days conference.

We have all witnessed that during the last financial crisis.HOWEVER, some of you may not have seen the drop in your Rents.AND some of us who are in Appreciating Markets may not have seen a drop in our Values.BUT, as @Jay Hinrichs and @Russell Brazil and Dan Mahoney mentioned, Cashflow and Appreciation are just inputs to a more comprehensive calculation, normally called an Internal Rate of Return (IRR).
